Teamwork and Synergy in the Salon

 Teamwork can be defined as an activity or a group of stylists together to achieve the same common objective.  Teamwork is one of the oldest things known to mankind.
In more recent times, it has been defined as, “Concept or Culture.”  TEAM in modern times is defined as: Together Everyone Achieves More, and the definition itself conveys the importance of teamwork at the salon.
To our team it means learning; one tends to learn more working as a team.  The experience and knowledge of the more experienced team members help you to grasp new concepts.  At the same time it proves to be an additional bonus as you avoid mistakes while creating your looks for the client.
Building bonds, thru continuous interaction with other stylists, working with them all day, enjoying our meals with them and sharing your joys and sorrow helps in building a bond of friendship and unity between each other as well as with all of our clients.  Some of them lasting a lifetime.
At the same time a healthy competition is formed, everyone is trying to excel and do something better than the other, all the while helping and assisting each other in the daily work and with personal support.  Having the confidence and self respect are most important, to trust yourself as well as your team, and using that in everything you do; all while maintaining humbleness.
Exploring creativity, while working as a team you will never be alone, you will always have another person to suggest advice or another eye’s view.  This generates new ideas and brings out even more creativity from you and allowing this to show in one’s work for our clients.  Each day the team’s goal for our clients is to enhance their lives.
