Honoring You! Do not wander from yourself – to be closer to someone else!

 Honoring oneself is not easy.  It is something we all have to dig a little deeper to truly understand.  This world we live in, is somewhat chaotic, and extremely fast paced.  Our younger generation, does not know what it is like to have patience and let things unfold.  There is such a need for things to be immediate.  Patience is truly a virtue.  And in line with that, honoring our inner being is also a virtue.  When we listen to that still small voice, we are honoring ourselves. Sometimes it means to do nothing, and sometimes it means to act on that voice. Perhaps sharing our feelings, speaking more of our truth can lead us to that place.  It doesn’t mean to be forceful, but when we take the time to listen, it will only lead you to higher ground. What has happened in our society, is that somehow we are led to believe that it is something outside of ourselves that will lead us to happiness.  Perhaps the new job, the new relationship, yet that is where we wander …when we stay close to that inner and divine part of ourselves, we will only honor our higher path.  How do we know? How do we assess what that path is for ourselves?  I believe it is through quieting our minds in a very busy and noisy society.  Practice, diligence is the key.  Find that place inside you and have a deeper relationship with the most important person in your life… you!  When you honor you, you actually honor the world around you.
Getting more out of your skincare… get educated to what and why you are using what you are using.  It doesn’t have to be a crazy routine.  Often times, I can show people how to slip one thing into their daily regimen in order to get better cellular turnover with their products.  This month I am focusing on cellular repair.  How do we get that repair??? There are ingredients that help to trigger and increase turnover in the skin.  Ingredients such as stem cell, retinol, peptides, vitamin C.  Knowing how to layer and mix is a key strategy in that repair.  Often times we just need to shake up the routine and then we see better results.  Much like our diet and exercise, all it takes is getting some added information.  I am a seeker, always trying to go to the next level.  Research is my thing.  In a world where there is so much volume, so many products, it makes it hard to know what to use and how to use it. My goal is to help you get educated and make the right choices for you!
