You may be wondering if you are a good candidate for Lasik.  Important factors include the presence or absence of other eye diseases, the shape of the cornea, the thickness of the cornea, the type and amount of vision correction one needs and the age of the patient.
The cornea, or front surface of the eye, should have a normal shape and be thick enough to undergo reshaping without leaving too little tissue behind.  In cases where too little tissue would remain, an alternative laser vision correction procedure called “PRK” may be used.

In a recent study published by Harvard Medical School, 80 percent of Americans at some point in their lives experience lower back pain.  It’s the fifth most common reason for visiting a doctor, one of the top reasons people miss work, and the most common cause of work-related disability in people under age 45.  Outside of trauma, research suggests that more than half of those suffering are caused by improper biomechanics of the feet.  This is also true with knee and hip pain.

Urination disturbance is manifested by frequency of urination, painful urination and incontinence of urination, resulting mainly from accumulation of heat in the bladder, and sometimes also from emotional factors and deficiency of the kidney.
