I’ve spent over 10 years perfecting the Pilates methods we use…making sure that each and every client we work with gets the most out of each session. Pilates is the BEST way to get you into shape, out of pain, and back to doing every activity (even other fitness activities) you want!
So, what happens at Complete Pilates & Fitness? We work with you to understand your current state of heath, identifying any and all conditions, injuries and limitations you may have. We then use this information to modify each Pilates-based exercise just for you. This allows you to work out safely while ensuring that you are getting the most out of your body at all times! You’ll work out on several different pieces of equipment while being closely monitored by one of our certified instructors. Our classes are very intimate, usually consisting of three to five clients. This small class size enables our instructors to be hands-on, rather than teaching from the front of the room.
In fact, it’s become so well known among other fitness studios in the SCV that we can work with any client, no matter their condition/need, that we receive referrals from them regularly!
