The Secret to Wellness Sweating has never looked so good.
Cultures around the world have been harnessing the power of heat and sweat to improve health for centuries. Today, however, this age-old practice is quickly evolving as celebrities, fitness professionals and wellness-seekers alike turn to infrared heat therapy to get their sweat fix.
