A Dining Experience to Remember
A sold-out Valentine’s Day event at Newhall Refinery has the whole town buzzing! Four courses expertly designed by Executive Chef Dustin Boole and his fantastic team, delicious cocktails created by in-house mixologist Peter Nguyen, and romantically festive restaurant decor to include candlelight, roses, custom menus and crisp linens made for an impeccable evening. Live music in both the main restaurant and the private dining room gave excitement and glamor to the ambiance. Owners Simon and Shannon Mee along with Marketing and Special Events Manager Shannon Ercek did a fantastic job of exceeding expectations as patrons left extremely impressed. General Manager Erin Plummer and her serve staff were top notch, and made for a fantastic event.
