I was talking with a friend of mine about working out and what type of activities she enjoys. We were talking about bike riding, lifting weights, tennis, yoga… she was telling me how she’s pretty athletic, but she has never stayed focused on any one sport. Having two kids, she explained, “It’s just not my time. Once the kids are grown up…”
As she’s saying this I’m thinking, “I know you make time to exercise and I know that you take care of yourself… What do you mean? It absolutely is your time!”
