Hot Yoga Haven’s Mission, Vision & Values

 With the help of our amazing teachers and students, we’ve formed a haven; a yoga community, uplifting and joy filled. Our Mission is “To discover your mind, body and soul without judgment.” Our Vision is: “At HYH, we teach students how to connect their Mind, Body and Soul in an encouraging, nonjudgmental environment. We’ve nurtured a Haven where students will be able to develop their best yoga practices and their personal yoga journey, in a safe community that feels like home and is accessible to everybody.”
To accomplish our vision, we’ve added new classes including: Jval Basics I & II; beginning level classes which provide directed instruction on alignment and how to use props to practice safely. Chair Yoga, for those who feel more comfortable doing their practice in a chair. Accessible Yoga; where you can do yoga on the floor, in a chair, or against the wall, together to strengthen your body and build community. We’ve brought back kids yoga, yoga for children with differences, prenatal yoga, and meditation classes. We continue to offer a variety of heated yoga classes: Jval Hot Yoga, Hot Power Flow, Healing Hatha Yoga, Recovery Yoga and numerous others.
Our Values help to bring our yoga community closer together. Respect: We treat people with compassion and without judgment. We respect the uniqueness and differences of individuals. Enlightenment: We develop self-awareness and strive to reach our highest potential by connecting the Mind, Body, and Soul. Community: We understand the importance of being a positive influence in the communities we serve and building lasting relationships.

We have some fun community building events coming up: In May join us on Fridays for Yoga on the Beach, Acro Yoga/Thai Massage Workshops and a Yoga Retreat is in the works.  We look forward to sharing our yoga journey with you!
