Efficient with Time, Money and Everything Else

 Efficient use of time is key for striving to meet your goals. By striving to do things in an efficient way, many tasks are completed in less time, leaving more time for other adventures.
This concept applies to everything you can imagine.
Even striving to be efficient with rest will help you to be better focused with more energy for the things you want to do but can never get to.
Efficiency with money can have a profound effect on your future. When you are able to make purchases with less money, you have more money left over for other things. When you are able to make the same money with less time there is more time available for activities you want to do or you have more time to make more money.
When you are more efficient with investments, your investments grow at a faster pace and will more likely meet your investment goals.
When you have more time:
• You can read or learn about things you otherwise might never have the time to do.
• You have the time to develop and / or improve interest in new activities.
• You have more time to spend on a healthier life style (healthier eating and / or increased exercise).
• You have more time to spend with family and friends.
• You have more time to help others.
As a CPA, I have focused my career in helping clients to be more efficient with their money. For example, imagine how hard it might be for someone to save $1,000, assuming they work full time to earn $100,000 per year. This person is paying federal income tax, state income tax, and social security tax of as much as 45 percent. It would take three days of work to earn $1,000 after taxes (this is before living expenses). When I am able to help a client save $1,000 of taxes, I have in effect saved them three days. They can spend their three days now or in the future on what they want to do. What would you do if you had an extra three days?
