Alas, the end of the year has arrived, and it was quite a blur if you ask me. Wow, and yet so much change has indeed been the theme of my 2017 year.
There has been so much attention to my thinking and awareness of catching myself in moments where I needed to shift my attention, and think a higher vibration of thought, shall we say. It is almost as if the moment I catch myself, and re-align myself something positive will happen to show me I am on the right path. I do believe it only takes a nanosecond to shift us into a better place. The key of course is catching ourselves. Ask yourself if you can see where your thinking does not serve you. I listen all day to people and hear how much the world is in need of slowing down and taking more care in what they are saying and committing to their higher consciousness. As we unwind and start a New Year, give yourself a moment to reflect and see how you can make a difference in what you are thinking and saying.
Beauty Guide for 2018: The real component to beauty in my eyes is what is coming from within us. What is radiating out into the universe. What is it that special place in all of us that has that magic feeling, that freedom of being joyful… When I am in a joyful place, I know I am more in tune with myself, and the inner part that wants to take good care of ME.
