Let Go, Forgive, and Heal!
Did you know that if seven people meditate together in the same room, they will generate the energy of 100 people meditating? We can send out this loving energy to heal so much pain in this world. Meditating; praying, can truly help remove blockages that may prevent you to live life at your full potential.
Catherine Kalyani Sjolund, owner of Hot Yoga Haven, and I are passionate to give back to our community. We love to bring Yoga to everyone and healing to all. Our goal is to help our community to understand the importance of a meditation practice and assist you in developing a practice that will align and complement your daily yoga practice. We invite you to a monthly Meditation Workshop and meditation classes at Hot Yoga Haven.
Join us for a Soul Integration Workshop Saturday, February 2 at Hot Yoga Haven Newhall, 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. as well as on Saturday, February 16 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. for a Fountain of Youth Workshop. Soul Integration is based on forgiveness. Forgiveness has been the vehicle for inner freedom, peace and self-realization for hundreds of years. This is an opportunity to release and let go of unresolved issues and situations in your life and make peace with your past. The cost of the workshops is $30 each. A portion of the proceeds will go towards taking care of our local homeless. Our intention is to start a Homeless Feeding Program in Newhall and Oxnard.
Fernando has over 20 years of studies in Pranic Healing and different energy modalities and techniques. He is also a certified Master Practitioner of NLP, Master Practitioner of Hypnotherapy and Emotional and Mental Release. We look forward to you raising your vibration and helping the homeless!
