 The StrongYogi Training is a yoga-based strength and conditioning program for adults. Time and resources require many of us to neglect either mind, body, or even some of our spirituality and The StrongYogi training plan will address these needs efficiently and thoroughly. Mindful fitness is the future of fitness and wellness.
StrongYogi Training Challenge will educate the active and mindful adult in the ways of a yoga practitioner. Blending yoga with other fitness modalities will broaden the benefits of yoga and further the practice of growing yogis.
StrongYogi Training is a mindful, holistic approach to fitness, with a commitment to self-actualization and improving your overall health and wellness. You will build your best body! Included is a privatized training plan is a nutrition plan, and community events that will enable your practice of joy and self-love.
Join Hot Yoga Haven in our Strong Yoga Challenge begins June 30 and ends August 11. These specialized classes are offered on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6am at HYH, Wednesday 6pm, and Saturday 10am at the park.
The Strong yogi training package purchase price is $200 HYH non- members and $81 for HYH auto-debit unlimited yoga members. Non-Strong Yogi students can participate in taking these specialized classes for $22 per class.
