Choosing a style for your eyebrows can be daunting. There are several names to describe Microblading and Powder brow styles such as; Microshading, Ombre, Hybrid, Fusion, Combo, Powder……well you get the idea. Here are some ways to choose the very best style for YOU!
Consider your skin type (most important). If you have oily skin with large pores or mature skin you might not be a candidate for microblading alone. It is best to schedule a consultation and discuss this with your artist to be certain. It is also worth noting, working on mature skin types takes additional training to ensure an artist is qualified to achieve proper depth and avoid damaging the skin.
What is your everyday makeup routine? Are you a full glam girl or do you like to keep it simple? This really helps when choosing a style. If you wear makeup every day with contouring and lashes then Microblading alone would be too natural looking, an ombre or soft powder would be a better option.
The most important thing to consider is; What are your brow goals? Do you hope to ditch the pencil and never fill in your brows again? Or, would you prefer the most natural look which will fill in hair where you are missing?
