Finding Calm In The Holiday Rush – Roots and Sky Bodywork
As the holidays arrive and the year winds down, many of us finally notice what our bodies have been trying to say all year long. Tight shoulders, tired backs, restless sleep and that feeling that you are always “on” can make even the most joyful season feel overwhelming. That is where Will Norris of Roots and Sky Bodywork comes in.
Will is a licensed massage therapist and the founder of Roots and Sky Bodywork here in Santa Clarita. He has built a warm, welcoming space that blends therapeutic massage, Reiki and biodynamic craniosacral work to help clients release stress and feel grounded again. His approach is intuitive and deeply holistic, focused on helping people reconnect with their bodies and restore balance, not just “work out a knot.”
Will’s own healing journey began with years of chronic pain and multiple surgeries as a teen. Exploring Reiki, energy work and craniosacral therapy helped him move beyond pain and reclaim an active, joyful life. That experience now guides the way he cares for others, with a calm presence and a genuine belief that the body has an incredible capacity to heal when given the right support.
December is the perfect time to schedule a session for yourself or surprise someone you love with the gift of bodywork. A single hour on the table can feel like hitting the reset button, helping you move into the new year with less tension, clearer energy and a renewed sense of ease.
Roots and Sky Bodywork offers session times that fit busy schedules, and Will also provides space for other healers to serve the community, creating a true hub for wellness in the valley.
To book an appointment or purchase a gift session, text Will at 951-515-1129 and start the new year feeling supported, centered and ready for what comes next.
