I moved to Santa Clarita about four years ago, and the journey began for me with finding a local person to cut my son’s and my husband’s hair. You would think this would be an easy task, however, after going to the same person for the past several years to have their hair cut, it became more difficult than I expected. We began with a few barber shops, but after going to four different locations, we found nothing but disappointment. I thought, well, maybe we were just spoiled with our previous barber? Then I thought, I’ll try a few children’s specialty salons for my son. After going to two different ones and paying double what I paid at the barber, I began to lose hope.

Taimi possesses amazing talent with children’s and men’s haircuts, so before hiring her I asked her to demonstrate her talent on guess who? My husband and son, as well as a fellow friend. I wanted to make sure she was really good and after my experiences with six different salons, I knew she would be a rare find. Well, what can I say but “wow!” She’s great. She gave them, by far, the best haircuts ever. My son has very curly hair that is not easy to cut; my husband’s hair is straight as a board; and our friend’s hair has a crazy cowlick. Whew, did she have her work cut out for her. But, in the end, they all looked great. We are so happy to have her at the spa.
