 My interest in health and fitness originally came from the need to maintain a lean figure while working as a Brand Ambassador and a model. My personal fitness regimen consistently introduced me to new understandings in Human Anatomy, so eventually, I decided to pursue these interests and made the transition to a career in the wellness world. By 2016, I started my own independent fitness business, personally training people to overcome health issues caused by excessive body fat, bad diets, and sedentary lifestyles. This is something I am very passionate about, providing the means for people to overcome their deficiencies with the sciences of the body. In doing so, I have helped reverse pre-diabetic conditions and other chronic diseases experienced by several clients and members of my family through diet and exercise. My specialties are weight loss, muscle toning, strength training, sport nutrition, meal preparation, group instruction. Due to the desire to fight this on-going and growing human crisis epidemic, I continue to build my knowledge and value in the fitness industry, striving to always push forward.  I truly believe there is never a bad day at the gym.
