New Year New You! Transform Your Body, Mind, and Spirit!

As we welcome the New Year, many of us want to become stronger, fit, and healthier… and even lose the holiday weight. We are Santa Clarita’s Community Yoga Center and I’m excited to share some upcoming new monthly workshops, a 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training that begins Friday, March 13 and I’m happy to announce our 60-Day Challenge is back!
If you are determined to see a significant improvement in your overall health, join our 60-Day Challenge. Take 60 classes in 60 Days and whomever has the most improved BMI, will win prizes including a 60-minute massage, essential oils and other goodies worth over $300. Come to the information meeting on Sunday, January 26 at 3 p.m. At HYH. Cost of the Challenge $60 for members; unlimited auto-debits and annuals and $199 for non-members.
Our first life changing monthly workshop begins with the Vision Board Workshop, led by Lexie Jones, held Sunday, January 26 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. We will take the time to focus on what is in our hearts that we would like to accomplish in 2020 and cultivate our vision, and manifest our heart’s desires using words, pictures, themes.  Lexie will lead a meditation, at the beginning to clear your mind and see what’s possible.
