Food Is My Art…
If you’re like me when you go out to eat, you want it to be worth your while. When it comes to food, I look forward to eating places where I know there are people that put their heart into what they’re cooking. You can taste the difference in food that somebody made who chose the life of a cook because it is their life. It is what they know; it is what they are passionate about. A person who cooks only to earn a paycheck will never be able to make the same caliber food.

The Culinary Evolution to Small Plates or Individualized Servings
For several years, the biggest culinary trend in Europe and the major cities in the United States have been small plates or individual servings. While some restaurants gravitated toward the tapas style of serving appetizer size portions, the true culinary pioneers are taking a different approach of “individualizing” the serving sizes and giving customers complete flexibility to “design” their own dinner.

Let’s Hear it for the Dads!
Hello Comedy Fans,
As I write this article I have just heard the news that Arnold Schwarzenegger announced that he had fathered a child with a household employee 10 years ago.
I am guessing it won’t be the best Father’s Day of his life. I, on the other hand am spearheading a campaign to put an end to an ugly trend in this country. That is the trend of dads getting the short end of the gift giving stick.
Bringing Back Homemade Grenadine
We have all heard of grenadine, or at least seen the bright red sugar syrup in the plastic bottle in the grocery store. This, my friends, is not the wonderful classic syrup that you see used countless times in classic cocktail recipes.
Grenadine comes from the French word for pomegranate, Grenade.
A Guys Take On Being Single in Santa Clarita
I was searching through the Internet the other day, and I came upon something that I felt needed to be addressed. It has to do with Internet dating. There are so many dating sites out there, and this has to do with one of them. It is a very well known dating site, but in order to be legally safe I will not mention the name. I read the article weeks ago, and will try to tell it as accurately as possible.

Victorian Tea Time Step Back, Slow Down and Enjoy a Time Gone By
The ritual of English teatime was perfected by Queen Mary, for whom it was a treasured time of day... sandwiches, cakes and biscuits were invitingly set out on gleaming silver dishes. The teapot, hot water jug, cream jug and sugar bowl were the same antique silver service that had been the favorite of Queen Victoria.
