Chuck Negron, of Three Dog Night fame will be performing a benefit concert this month to help defer costs of a Hart High School band trip this fall to compete in the Bands of America Grand National Competition. The national competition is the biggest of it’s kind in the country and Hart High School is only the fifth California band to ever attend.

Coppelia is a comedic story of love, mistaken identity and celebration. Set in a small European town, the story of Coppelia is richly told with memorable characters such as the Burgermeister, a bold and flirtatious Franz, his bemused fiancé Swanilda, the eccentric toy maker Dr. Coppelius and a beautiful doll named Coppelia, whose fleeting appearance causes quite a commotion between Franz, Swanilda and the entire town.
