Why Is Writing A Business Plan So Important?
So you are thinking of opening a restaurant (or any business for that matter) and you are wondering if writing a business plan is all that necessary. Well, if you are going to require financing, it is an absolute necessity or a lender will reject you pretty much from the get go. It is a common misconception however, to think that business plans are written for the sole purpose of obtaining financing. The most important reason for writing a business plan is to create an essential management tool to use in the present as well as in the future.
