Santa Clarita Artists’ Association’s (SCAA) next show at the Town Center Mall gallery will be Summertime Blues with an artists’ reception on August 1.
“Our show premiered on Friday, July 11 and we invite everyone to come enjoy our Wine Reception on Friday, August 1 with food, drink, and wonderful musical entertainment” said Norma Warden, Gallery Chairperson. “We’ve moved to a spacious new gallery at Ste. 110, 24251 Town Center Drive (across from Sisley’s). Out for dinner or a movie, stop by and enjoy the art!”

Well, another Gentlemen For A Cause has come and gone. If you were not there, you missed out. This is one of the best, if not the best, non-profit events of the year. So if you could not make it this year, then put this on your to do list next year. You do not have to bid on a Gentleman.

Zonta Club of SCV transitioned from the 2013-14 year to the new 2014-16 biennium in its own unique fashion during the recent installation dinner. The theme, kept as a closely held secret until the actual event, was “Camp Happy Zonta,” in tribute to incoming President Karen Maleck-Whiteley’s love of camping.

When we explain that we do all of the work here in the back room at FASTFRAME, we often get a surprised response such as “Oh, I thought you sent everything out and just took orders.”  We are proud to say that all of our framing projects from start to finish are done right here.
