Gifts from the Heart
Bare Your Nakedness and Reconnect To Your Soul
Although dancing naked in front of the camera is not an everyday occurrence for most women, when experienced it is a powerful vehicle for transformation.
I have been around long enough to know that women in general love to dance and a desire for dance in their lives is a huge longing.
So what does it take for a full figured mature and levelheaded woman to perform such a courageous act? The burning desire to get real!
Scripture Inspired Art
Although Rafael is known for his breath-taking airbrush work on motorcycles, trucks, watercraft, and aircraft, his original artwork is fairly unknown to the general public. Rafael creates beautiful “scripture-inspired” paintings on stainless steel and likens the work to modern day stained glass art.
Even though the paintings consist of urethane paint on steel and not glass, there are similarities. Rafael’s style using lines that hold the composition together are much like the metal that holds the intricate shapes and color of the glass.

Banana Bread History
Three things to consider: Bread, quick breads (no yeast) and bananas. The first breads probably originate from Neolithic times, some 12,000 years ago. This was a very primitive bread probably made from stone crushed grain mixed with water and cooked on hot stones and covered with hot ashes. The Egyptians probably discovered around 4,000 B.C. that wheat dough ferments (think sourdough), thus forming gases, producing a lighter more pleasant eating and tasting loaf.
The Banana originated in Southeast Asia (probably on the Malaysian archipelago) and spread from India, to the Philippines, New Guinea etc.

Shadowbox Framing
Souvenirs from a fun vacation, mementos of a special celebration, a collection of favorite objects… all of these things and any other combinations your imagination can think of, can be displayed in a custom shadowbox. Shadowbox frames are different from other frames in that they are deep enough to house not just flat items, like a photograph or print, but three-dimensional objects as well. Getting a Great Fitting Bra
Does the back of your bra ride up? Does the front go south? When you pull your bra straps up, does a little part of you peek out of the bottom or the top? These are things that just make us crazy, a bad fitting bra. All women have muscles in our chest that stretch and create breast sagging as the years go by and the last thing you want is breast sagging. In fact, a proper fitting bra will help to delay the stretching of those muscles and skin. This will give you a much younger looking appearance. We even look thinner with our breast lifted off our mid-sections.
