Dr. Allan Fine graduated “cum laude” from the University of Southern California in 1972 with B.S. and D.D.S. degrees and entered the U.S. Air Force. He was stationed at Kirtland AFB in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where he completed his two-year commitment as a Captain in the Dental Corps.
