Some people think that living from their heart means having compassion and being loving. While that is true, there is another aspect to it. If you use this way of living in an empowering way, it is an access to your creativity, power, intuition and divine guidance. It eliminates the noise inside of your mind. It brings peace to you and those in your life.

Income Taxes 101 The Basics of Exemptions, Child Support and Spousal Support
With a new year comes the filing of income tax returns. As you open your W-2 from your employer you, like many going through a dissolution, may be wondering how you should file your tax return, who is going to claim the children as dependency exemptions and how to determine whether the support payments should be deducted or included as income.

Tax Tips for 2008
For most of us once the New Year begins, we start thinking about income taxes. It was Albert Einstein who said, “The hardest thing in the world to understand is income tax.” Do you feel that way? If so, you are not alone.
Sacrifice, Who Me?
We know the sacrifice bunt, sacrifice fly, sacrifice hit …the batter sacrifices himself in order to advance his teammate on base. “Sacrifice” means to offer, to give, or to surrender something of value for a greater good, for the benefit of someone else or for God. It comes from the Latin word “sacer” meaning holy, devoted, dedicated and set apart, which is also the root for our words “sacrament” and “sacred.”

Tips for Organizing Your Office: Six Things You Can Do Today
When you take just a few moments to organize your office space, you’ll save time every day, and you may even make more money as your business runs more efficiently and productively.
Here are six simple things you can do today to organize your office:
Who needs a Trust and Why?
Not everyone needs a Living Trust. If, for example, you have little or no property in your name alone, and no minor children, you probably don’t need a living trust. A simple will may suffice. By “property”, we don’t mean only real estate, but also personal property, such as cars, furniture, jewelry and other “stuff.” If however, you do have more than nominal assets, some estate planning may be in order.
Children and Self âEsteem
As adults, we assume that negative feelings, unhappy events, or unpleasant relationships will destroy a child’s self-esteem. We think of self-esteem as a permanent attribute — like eye color. In reality self-esteem is a lifelong journey that is inextricably connected to our relationships across the life span and to our personal accomplishments.
