Bold Flavors and Big Taste at La Salsa
This was no ordinary quesadilla. You’d think cheese and meat would be enough to make a tasty classic quesadilla. But the one I ate had much more than the simple, traditional ingredients. Man’oushee Celebrates One-Year Anniversary
It’s hard to believe it, but Man’oushee, the first Mediterranean Bakery and Café in the Santa Clarita Valley, marks its first year in business on June 12, 2009. Man’oushee is a small bakery-Café that cranks out Lebanese desserts and delicacies like five kinds of Baklava including Nammoura, attayef, knefeh, etc as well as salads, savory wraps and custom-ordered, traditional Lebanese Breakfast lunch and dinner.
